We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sienna & Co.
If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns Window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are:
- In unused, original condition
- In the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts)
- Returned with proof of purchase
How to Arrange a Return
- Email us at info@siennaandco.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to request a returns authorisation.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions for collection or return shipment.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Products not returned in resalable condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
